Job Title: GM: Dexon X-Base (In-line Inspection)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the Advanced ILI Pipeline Inspection Services.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to align business objectives with market trends, client needs, and industry regulations.

2.Financial Management:

  • Oversee Profit & Loss to maintain financial health and drive strategic decision-making. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements to maximize operational efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Lead cost controlling and management initiatives to ensure financial discipline and accountability.

3. Sales and Market Growth Leadership:

  • Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion and market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and regulatory agencies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to address client challenges and exceed expectations.

4. R & D Innovation Excellence:

  • Provide innovative guidance to team to ensure the adoption of best practices and to meet client's requirements and exceed industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments related to ILI services.

5. Production & QA / QC Oversight

  • Oversee production and quality control processes specific to machining and assembly operations, ensuring that final products meet production targets, specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols

6. Operation Oversight:

  • Manage the Dexon Inline Inspection team to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of divisional operations, including project management, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.

7. Team Leadership:

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to empower team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the R&D team, Production team, and Design Engineering team to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.) Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong business acumen to drive financial performance and manage budgets, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Willingness to spend time in Germany, Thailand, the United States, and possibly other locations as required.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Optional: in the oil & gas industry with a focus on ILI and pipeline inspection services. In-depth knowledge of ILI methodologies, equipment, and industry regulations. Professional certifications (e.g., API, ASNT) are preferred.
