Assistant CEO (Top Management)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) to join our executive team, who will play a crucial role in the strategic growth and development of the company, as a key member of the leadership team, who will be responsible for supporting the CEO and overseeing various operational aspects of the business, contributing to its success and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to define and execute the company's growth strategy within the pipeline inspection and NDT sector of the oil & gas industry.
: Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's service offerings and market reach.
: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

2. Financial Analysis:
: Work closely with the CFO and financial team to analyze financial performance, budget allocation, and cost management for the pipeline inspection and NDT division.
: Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors on key performance indicators and business metrics.

3. Operations Management:
: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.

: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve overall efficiency.

: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines and budgets.

4. Client Relationship Management:
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the oil & gas industry.
: Identify client needs and expectations, ensuring the company's services align with customer requirements.
: Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Technological Advancements:
: Stay abreast of advancements in pipeline inspection and NDT technologies, evaluating their potential for implementation in the company's services.
: Provide input and support for research and development initiatives to drive innovation and improve service offerings.


Qualifications
: Ph. D or master's degree and bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
: Proven experience in the oil & gas industry, specifically in pipeline inspection with at least 10years of relevant experience in a leadership or managerial role.
: Proficient in English skills

: Strong business acumen with a track record of contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth.

: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior executives.

: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve company objectives.

: Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.

: Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards related to pipeline inspection.
