Our client is hiring a mid-level BDR, with experience in outbound business development for the US market. This is one of their Founding Sales team members in the States. The role involves lead generation, account-based outreach, and creating qualified sales opportunities for technology and digital engineering services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across the US region

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders through LinkedIn, email outreach, and calls

  • Generate qualified appointments for sales leadership

  • Research target accounts and understand client pain points

  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM hygiene

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams

  • Support account-based marketing and personalized outreach initiatives


Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of BDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience

  • Prior experience working with US clients/prospects

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools

  • Understanding of IT services, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Product Development services.
