Our client is hiring a mid-level BDR, with experience in outbound business development for the US market. This is one of their Founding Sales team members in the States. The role involves lead generation, account-based outreach, and creating qualified sales opportunities for technology and digital engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across the US region
Identify and engage key stakeholders through LinkedIn, email outreach, and calls
Generate qualified appointments for sales leadership
Research target accounts and understand client pain points
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM hygiene
Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams
Support account-based marketing and personalized outreach initiatives
Required Skills:
3–6 years of BDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience
Prior experience working with US clients/prospects
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools
Understanding of IT services, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Product Development services.
