Job Description:

We are seeking a curious, driven, and dynamic Sales Professional to take on a pioneering, high-impact role at a fast-growing, international technology company. This is our first boots-on-the-ground position in a market where we already have active clients and partners, but now need a confident self-starter to take ownership of growth and deepen our footprint.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, consultative sales, or partner-led sales, with a strong track record of winning business from scale-ups and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of new clients and strategic partners, and own the full sales cycle.

This is not just a sales role - its about building an ecosystem of relationships, shaping opportunities, and acting as a trusted voice for our brand in the market. Youll work closely with leadership, our BD team, and delivery teams to bring in high-quality, strategic work across cloud, AI, data, application development, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new scale-up companies as clients.

  2. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for business development.

  3. Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to establish contact with key decision-makers.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

  5. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target market and objectives.

  6. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.

  7. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

  9. Maintain and provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

  10. Ability to network and travel for trade shows and events (2-4/quarter)

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in business development and enterprise sales in technology.

  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

  3. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  6. IT Services, digital transformation services or managed services experience is a must.

  7. Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a huge plus.

  8. Self-starter, strong listener, proactive, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and organized.

  9. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation:

  • OTE (base + commission): $120-200K

  • PTO plan + Holidays
