What You'll Do

  • Keep production moving by performing preventative maintenance and quick-response repairs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with confidence.
  • Partner with production teams to design and follow maintenance schedules that reduce downtime.
  • Document your work to help us continuously improve processes and equipment.
  • Take on hands-on projects like mold changes, machining, milling, and metal fabrication.
  • Suggest and implement improvements that make our operations smarter and more efficient.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace where tools and equipment are always ready.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience (plastics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Skilled at diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime when needed.
  • Experience with plastics blow molding (injection, extrusion, etc.) is a bonus.

Schedule | Hours: 

  • 7:00AM - 7:00PM (3 days on, 4 days off | 4 days on, 3 days off)

Pay Range (Commensurate w/Experience)

  • $30 - $35/hour base (OT available)
