As the Stockroom Leader, you'll be at the heart of manufacturing operations—ensuring materials flow seamlessly, production schedules stay on track, and the team performs at its best. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily stockroom operations to support production demands.
  • Supervise and mentor stockroom staff, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Ensure precise receipt, labeling, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Partner with production planners and buyers to guarantee material availability.
  • Conduct cycle counts and audits, resolving discrepancies quickly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and 5S standards to keep operations lean and safe.
  • Optimize material flow to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on non-conforming materials.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to fuel continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years of inventory or warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership skills in a team-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material planning.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (certification preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Hands-on role in a manufacturing facility and stockroom environment.
  • Requires standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and equipment operation for extended periods.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work to meet production needs.

Hours | Pay Range

  • Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
  • Occasional OT or weekends required
  • $28 - $32/hour commensurate with experience
