What You'll Do

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines with precision.
• Monitor performance, make adjustments, and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine maintenance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to guarantee quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
• Manage raw material inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and take on additional tasks as needed.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with plastic molding machines (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and technical training in packaging, plastics, or printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Schedule | Hours

• 7:00AM - 7:00PM or 7:00PM - 7:00AM (3 days on, 4 days off | 4 days on, 3 days off)

Pay Range (Commensurate w/Experience)

• $21 - $23/hour (OT available)
