A cutting‑edge, innovation‑driven manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Molding Systems to take ownership of complex projects, drive process excellence, and help launch a brand‑new molding‑based production line. This role offers $105K–$120K and the chance to shape the future of high‑precision manufacturing.
What You'll Lead
- Design, simulate, and implement molding machinery and processes
- Build equipment, fixtures, and automation solutions
- Set up, qualify, and maintain a new molding production line
- Document, refine, and improve molding processes
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Implement cost‑saving measures and quality control systems
- Ensure all processes and equipment meet safety standards
- Collaborate across engineering, production, and cross‑functional teams
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve complex technical challenges
- Support procurement, installation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years hands‑on experience designing or supporting molds and molding systems
- 2+ years' experience in a production or assembly environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems
- Ability to communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams
- Creative problem‑solving, adaptability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma
- Bonus: Experience with project management, risk assessment, DOE
- Preferred experience with encapsulation, transfer, compression molding, or potting

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Salary Range:
$105,000 - $125,000/year commensurate with experience.
