POSITION TITLE: IT TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

2.1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION :

We are looking for a talented and results-driven IT Transformation Manager to drive and oversee the transformation of our IT infrastructure and systems. As an IT Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap to enhance our technology capabilities, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

2.2 Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the company's IT transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and business stakeholders, to identify transformation opportunities and define project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Manage the end-to-end transformation projects, including scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance our IT capabilities and align them with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and change within the IT department, encouraging team members to embrace transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across different teams and departments involved in the transformation projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the transformation initiatives, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to IT transformation and recommend relevant strategies or adjustments to the roadmap.

NON NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an IT Transformation Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of leading complex IT transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Project management expertise, including project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an IT Transformation Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of leading complex IT transformation projects.
