About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Danish-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to help increase customer satisfaction and engagement. You will represent the brand, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users to get the most out of the services.
Responsibilities

Respond efficiently to customer inquiries across multiple channels

Troubleshoot and provide accurate solutions to user concerns

Educate customers on how to maximize their experience with mobility services

Identify trends in user feedback to support service improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and service delivery
Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1 level or higher)

Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)

Previous customer support experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills

Resourceful mindset and ability to find effective solutions
