The Role
As an HR Advisor, youll have the opportunity to not only apply your expertise but also further develop it toward an HR Business Partner role. Youll act as a trusted advisor to management, leadership, and HR colleagues, easily switching between tactical and strategic levels while delivering well-founded, persuasive advice.
Key Responsibilities

Handle complex HR cases and provide guidance

Act as a sparring partner for management, leadership, and HR peers

Advise leadership on a wide range of HR-related topics

Take the lead in HR projects, including organizational development

Help prepare for and support the selection and implementation of a future-proof international HRIS and time-tracking system

Contribute to the further development of HR processes and policies

Collaborate closely with a team of HR professionals, payroll specialists, and recruiters
What You Bring
-
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor in larger, preferably international organizations
-
Academic-level working and thinking skills (Masters level), or a Bachelors degree with substantial relevant experience and strong analytical abilities

Strategic and tactical strength, with a project-based mindset

Experience with or interest in HRIS implementations (a plus)

Ability to navigate and understand complex organizational structures quickly

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a hands-on attitude
-
Proactive, solution-oriented, and persuasive communicator

Excellent command of Dutch and English (a third language is a plus)

Flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to international sites
