Represent a Leading Norwegian Telecom Brand from Sunny Spain


On behalf of our client, a highly successful and growing Norwegian telecom company, we are seeking driven sales professionals to join their energetic team in beautiful Altea, Spain. With an established team of 8 dedicated professionals already on-site, this is your chance to build a lucrative career on the Mediterranean coast.

What You Will Do:

  • B2B Outbound Sales: Connect with small, medium, and corporate businesses in Norway to offer competitive mobile subscription solutions.
  • Warm Leads: Utilize the advanced Nexcom system to access high-quality, pre-qualified leads, allowing you to focus purely on closing deals.
  • Focus on Quality: Expect focused, daily active talk time. The priority is on high-quality conversations and building rapport rather than mindless cold-calling.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Language: Native or fluent in Norwegian.
  • Experience: Previous experience with over-the-phone sales (B2B or B2C) is not needed but appreciated
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, independent, and target-driven.

Contract & Onboarding

Start Date: Ongoing throughout the summer.

Setup Support: The client provides comprehensive, step-by-step assistance with your Spanish Autónomo registration, or supports a freelance setup managed through a Norwegian corporate entity.
