They work closely with scale-ups and SMEs and are now expanding their team with a Senior Financial Consultant who wants real responsibility, client ownership, and influence over how modern financial services are built and delivered.
The Role
As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will take end-to-end responsibility for multiple clients. This is a hands-on, senior role covering accounting, payroll, reporting, and advisory — not a narrow specialist position.
Youll work independently with clients, ensure high-quality financial delivery, and actively improve internal processes and ways of working. This role is ideal for someone confident in their expertise who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage ongoing bookkeeping and monthly/annual closings for multiple clients

Take full ownership of payroll processes, including reporting and payments

Develop, improve, and quality-assure financial reporting

Drive process improvements and contribute to scalable, efficient workflows

Support clients with financial follow-ups, profitability analysis, and advisory

Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients

Serve as an internal knowledge resource and sparring partner for colleagues
Daily Work

Hands-on accounting, reconciliations, payroll, and closings

Financial analysis and reporting to support client decision-making

Close collaboration with the team to maintain high quality and share best practices
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably from an accounting firm

Proven ability to independently manage accounting and month/year-end closings

Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and financial control

Experience with payroll processing is required

Strong system skills; Fortnox experience is a strong plus

Fluent in Swedish and English
