What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of a web-based SaaS platform used by hundreds of recruiters and companies
• Build and scale backend systems with Node.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL
• Develop clean, performant frontends with Next.js, TypeScript, and tRPC
• Work closely with design and product to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimize performance, data architecture, and platform reliability

What You Bring

• 5+ years of fullstack or product development experience
• Strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, tRPC, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Vercel
• Deep backend knowledge (API design, scalability, performance tuning)
• Product-driven mindset and understanding of UX principles
• A collaborative, proactive approach you take ownership and deliver
• fluent English skills (spoken and written)

Bonus points if youve worked with HR tech, marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
