What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide clear, professional, and timely support to users

Handle backoffice tasks and follow-ups

Escalate high-priority issues when needed

Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
What Were Looking For

Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or higher)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Comfortable working shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, including weekends

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Availability to work on-site in Porto for the first 6 months, with hybrid options available afterward
