What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide clear, professional, and timely support to users

  • Handle backoffice tasks and follow-ups

  • Escalate high-priority issues when needed

  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all interactions

What Were Looking For

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or higher)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Comfortable working shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, including weekends

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Availability to work on-site in Porto for the first 6 months, with hybrid options available afterward
