Senior Dev Ops Engineer

Our client is a consulting company with deep expertise in IT, telecom, and industrial sectors, serving customers with high demands for quality and delivery.

They are seeking senior DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable IT environments. Titles may vary, but the core mission is the same: bridging development and operations using modern tools and practices.

Whether your background is in software development with a focus on automation, or in operations/networking with a passion for code and optimization, this role is for someone who loves bringing Dev and Ops together.

Success in this consulting role requires technical excellence, a proactive mindset, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients. Years of experience matter less than the ability to deliver value and technical insight.

Key Qualifications

• Operating Systems: Strong experience with Linux and/or Windows in heterogeneous environments

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools

• Containers & Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including production deployment and management

• Scripting & Automation: Skills in at least one of Bash, Python, or Go

• Observability & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-stack, Datadog, or similar

• Security & Compliance: Basic understanding of IAM, network security, and DevOps compliance principles

• Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Nice-to-Have / Merits

• Experience with serverless solutions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Serverless Framework)

• Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)

• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools like Flux or ArgoCD

• Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

• Knowledge of databases and data governance in SQL and NoSQL environments

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API management

• Experience in agile environments and DevSecOps practices

• Experience with Java or .NET, including Maven/Gradle

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, government) or high-availability tech environments
