Our client, a renowned company in the fintech industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead to join their team remotely. The Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead will define the Salesforce platform's technical strategy, architecture, and development direction, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that support critical business operations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, mentoring development teams, and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
  • Define and drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, governance, and coding guidelines.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations with payment platforms, core banking systems, enterprise applications, and microservices using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance in a high-volume fintech environment.
  • Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce security architecture, data access models, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
  • Drive Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with the organization's technology strategy.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and platform customization.
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g., payment platforms, banking systems, or ERP solutions) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English required; Arabic is a plus.
