Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Service Advisor in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listening to customers to identify technical problems or service needs, estimating costs, and scheduling appointments in a professional and hospitable manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities : 

  • Listen carefully to customer complaints and check the customer vehicle, recording all information accurately.

  • Explain repair estimated costs, processes, and delivery times with comprehensive information related to customer inquiries.

  • Follow up on vehicle repair status with the job controller and ensure completion according to quality operation standards.

  • Inform customers about any additional work needed and obtain their approval if required.

  • Contact customers to notify them of the completion of repair work and vehicle readiness for pick-up.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by completing repairs on time and maintaining high-quality work.

  • Receive and process vehicles requiring ordinary service, ensuring jobs are finished with technical staff before delivery.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all facilities are available and operational.

  • Prepare daily reports related to repair orders.

Qualifications :
  • Intermediate level, Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or related field.

  • Good knowledge of vehicles and tools, including their designs, uses, and maintenance.

  • Proficiency in computer skills and bilingual capabilities are essential.
