Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Sales Executive in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling company products, creating new business opportunities, and achieving allocated targets on a monthly and yearly basis. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect customers through various channels to generate business opportunities.

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent hospitality.

  • Qualify customer needs through effective questioning techniques.

  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits relevant to customer interests.

  • Offer test drives to every customer following product presentations.

  • Maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term customer relationships.

  • Follow up with customers throughout their journey and post-delivery to create loyal clients.

  • Stay informed about the automotive industry and competitor technologies.

  • Continuously improve knowledge of the product range.

  • Problem-solve effectively to deliver sales results within set timelines.

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

  • Support the department in achieving its objectives and goals.

  • Adhere to company policies and processes.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or related retail sales.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and sales/marketing skills.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
