About the job Sales Executive
Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Sales Executive in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling company products, creating new business opportunities, and achieving allocated targets on a monthly and yearly basis. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities :
Prospect customers through various channels to generate business opportunities.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent hospitality.
Qualify customer needs through effective questioning techniques.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits relevant to customer interests.
Offer test drives to every customer following product presentations.
Maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with customers throughout their journey and post-delivery to create loyal clients.
Stay informed about the automotive industry and competitor technologies.
Continuously improve knowledge of the product range.
Problem-solve effectively to deliver sales results within set timelines.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Support the department in achieving its objectives and goals.
Adhere to company policies and processes.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or related retail sales.
Strong knowledge of automotive products and sales/marketing skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
