Role Overview
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and prospective clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression. This role is responsible for managing daily reception operations, handling registrations, bookings, and inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between members, trainers, and management.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing class schedules, memberships, and appointments, handling phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate member records. The role also supports the promotion and sales of memberships, packages, and retail products, while assisting in achieving customer retention and revenue targets.
Additionally, the Front Desk Officer ensures the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, prepares basic administrative reports, and supports daily operational activities.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience, fluency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and basic computer and booking system knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferred)
- Fluent in English
