Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their restaurant business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support restaurant teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Monitor customer service standards and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement processes, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National.
  • Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, or similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operational reporting and performance management.
