Job Description – Community Specialist

Role Overview

The Community Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with members, creating an engaging atmosphere, and strengthening the boutiques community both in-person and online. The role focuses on member experience, retention, events, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and visitors

  • Create a welcoming and motivating community environment

  • Organize member events, challenges, and social activities

  • Engage with members through social media, messages, and in-club communication

  • Collect feedback and share insights with management

  • Support member retention and loyalty programs

  • Promote classes, programs, and special offers

  • Collaborate with trainers and staff to enhance member experience

  • Represent the brand at local events and partnerships

  • Support onboarding of new members

Requirements

  • Experience in customer engagement, community management, or hospitality (preferred)

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Active presence on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle

  • Creative mindset with good organizational skills
