Role Overview
The Community Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with members, creating an engaging atmosphere, and strengthening the boutiques community both in-person and online. The role focuses on member experience, retention, events, and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with members and visitors

Create a welcoming and motivating community environment

Organize member events, challenges, and social activities

Engage with members through social media, messages, and in-club communication

Collect feedback and share insights with management

Support member retention and loyalty programs

Promote classes, programs, and special offers

Collaborate with trainers and staff to enhance member experience

Represent the brand at local events and partnerships

Support onboarding of new members
Requirements

Experience in customer engagement, community management, or hospitality (preferred)
Fluent in English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Active presence on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality

Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle

Creative mindset with good organizational skills
