Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a talented Outdoor Sales Executive to join their team in Hazmieh, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in logistics or insurance, with strong character, negotiation skills, and a well-established public relations network. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Constantly follow up with customers provided by the company and generate new opportunities through self-research to secure new deals and contribute to the companys monthly targets.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
Data Management: Update systems and perform data entry to maintain accurate sales records.
Opportunity Management: Follow up on sales opportunities and work towards closing them effectively.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and special projects to drive sales initiatives.
Customer Engagement: Gain and maintain customers through a proactive plan of visits.
Market Engagement: Search for and plan to attend exhibitions locally or in the region.
Network Building: Develop a network of customers overseas, particularly in Africa and the Middle East.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics or insurance industry.
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
