About the job Digital Performance Manager
Our client, a leading skincare and beauty brand, is seeking a full-time Digital Performance Manager based in Lebanon. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketer with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. The candidate will be instrumental in driving awareness, conversion, and growth through the company website and third-party marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital media strategy and execution across paid channels: search, social, display, and more.
- Develop and implement full-funnel campaign plans with clearly defined KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion).
- Optimize media budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lower CAC.
- Monitor and improve website performance, including user behavior, conversion flow, and page optimization.
- Oversee campaign performance on third-party marketplaces, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, commercial, and distributor teams to ensure consistency and impact.
- Build performance dashboards and deliver timely reporting with actionable insights.
- Continuously test and iterate campaigns based on analytics, attribution models, and LTV metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon).
- Deep understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with end-to-end campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a data-first, hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
