Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a Female Speech Therapist to join their team. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates (0–2+ years). Fresh graduates will join under a structured trainee pathway with clinical supervision, while experienced candidates must be eligible for DHA licensure.

As a Speech Therapist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing abilities in children and individuals. 
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. 
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. 
  • Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans. 
  • Prepare assessment reports and provide regular updates to the medical director. 
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. 
  • Stay updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in speech therapy. 
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt therapy approaches accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2+ years. Fresh graduates will work under clinical supervision; candidates with 2+ years must be DHA-eligible.
  • Preferred pediatric experience, especially with developmental delays and ASD. 
  • Valid license or registration in home country is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
