Salesforce Architect

Our client,  a renowned company in the fintech industry in Beirut, Lebanon, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join their team remotely with occasional travel to Baghdad, Iraq. The Salesforce Architect will be the strategic brain behind their Salesforce ecosystem. You'll own the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and oversee robust, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices and architectural frameworks.
• Define the Salesforce data model, integration strategy, and API architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems like payment platforms, CRM, and BI tools.
• Lead the design of reusable components and code, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead platform governance including defining architecture standards, change management, and
  compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and admin teams.
• Review and approve code, configuration, and third-party tool integrations.
• Architect integration between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., core banking, mobile apps, payment APIs).
• Ensure compatibility with the company's micro services, AI services, and secure cloud deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architecture roles.
• Salesforce certifications required: Application Architect, System Architect, and preferably Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration tools.
• Language skills: English & Arabic.
