We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Sales Manager to join our team in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media sales, a proven ability to generate revenue, and excellent relationship-building skills. This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client partnerships, and achieving sales targets in the Iraqi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including advertisers, agencies, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Promote and sell advertising and digital media solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and business development goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and campaign review sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular market insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Iraqi nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales or a related sales role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and client acquisition skills.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and business development strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
