Logistics and Warehousing Manager

Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Beirut, Lebanon, is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics & Warehousing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across multiple markets. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across multiple countries.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, effective stock governance, and warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee transportation, freight, and customs clearance activities.
• Drive logistics cost optimization while maintaining high service levels.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by aligning supply, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement logistics and warehousing KPIs, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing logistics operations across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and logistics partners.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation, customs clearance, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
