Job Purpose

As the Director, Client Leadership, you will play the role of a digital strategist and team lead. You are responsible for end to end management of a set of clients across APAC and new business development. Your core responsibility will be driving revenue growth, developing and nurturing these relationships by driving business outcomes backed by our data capabilities. We need an exceptional team player who is innovative and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.


Supporting you will be a team of highly skilled and dynamic individuals, who will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management. As a team lead, you will mentor your team and be responsible for their growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

·         Client Management & Growth: Manage the entire client portfolio from a business perspective and take responsibility for growing revenue. Work closely with the Country Director to ensure that the cross functional teams are executing well against company goals and client servicing expectations. Constantly developing innovative ways to grow and deepen the relationship with the clients

·         Data Centric Consultation: Oversee the strategy, creative services, ad operations and data tech teams to develop innovative data tech and creative services solutions. Drive data centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests to help drive their business goals

·         Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development

·         Maintain Digital, Technology and Data Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology



Experience / Knowledge Required

·         At least 10 years plus experience in account / client management in the digital advertising industry.

·         Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development – consistently growing and maintaining direct advertisers.

·         Knowledge about the digital media industry, latest digital advertising trends, data and analytics.

·         In-depth knowledge of performance and data-driven marketing on Facebook, Google, Programmatic platforms

·         Expertise in pitching to clients from campaign strategy, execution, performance, analysis of results and commercial negotiations.

·         Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and local language
