Key responsibilities

.

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients: schools, universities, factories, offices, NGOs, and companies.
  • Promote our services: canteen operations, event catering, food supply, dine-in packages, bakery products and other product and service related to food and beverage sector.
  • Develop sales strategies and monthly sales plans to reach targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and partners.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Prepare regular report and present to management.
  • Monitor, coaching and set KPI to team under supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales pipeline, report progress, and analyses customer needs.
  • Other tasks required by managements.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or hospitality/F&B sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Good understanding of customer needs in the education, corporate, or factory sectors is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

Salary range

$900 - $1500gross
