About the company 

A bookkeeping, accounting and taxation consultancy firm wit license registered in Cambodia.  

Work location

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Key responsibilities

Sets the overall strategic plan of the company alongside the management

Builds and maintains an effective management team

Plans and implement long-term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives and growths

Develops strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board.

Analyzes opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability

Directs strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company

Works closely with the business development directors on sales strategy and approach to winning new business

Sets company budget and forecast alongside the finance manager

Monitors the operating and financial results against plans and budgets Meets with finance manager on a regular basis to review the company’s financial performance

Formulates and successfully implements company policy

Manages the operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company

Sets company-wide KPI’s to instrument company performance in all business areas

Takes remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes

Builds and maintains and effective executive team

Represents the company to the public, key stakeholders and board members

Reports the results to the management on a regular basis

Requirements

Holds a Master Degree of Management or a Bachelor of Business Management

Must be a qualified accountant and has at least 7 years proven experience with a CPA license.

An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment;

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;

Has an enthusiastic attitude and leadership skills

Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;

Complex problem solving, effective decision making, visionary leadership

Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;

Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement;

12 months salary, commissions and other benefits as per Cambodia Law

Working hours

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM/8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
