Key responsibilities
.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales training and coaching for team members.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.
Salary range
$1000 - $1500net
