Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales training and coaching for team members.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.

Salary range

$1000 - $1500net
