Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive customer training programs focused on the installation, operation, and maintenance of inverters.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other supporting documentation.
  • Regularly update training content to align with the latest product enhancements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars for customers, both in-person and online.
  • Provide hands-on training to demonstrate proper inverter usage, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Evaluate participants understanding and competency through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on solar PV systems as required.
  • Engage with customers professionally as part of a collaborative, multi-functional technical team.
  • Carry out on-site installations, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Prepare and deliver complete technical documentation to clients following project completion.
  • Conduct site root cause analyses to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Participate in conferences and B2B meetings to evaluate emerging solar PV system technologies and innovations.
  • Apply root cause analysis techniques to address major and recurring technical faults effectively.
  • Investigate and document technical failures, preparing detailed formal reports for management and customers.
  • Manage record keeping and spare parts inventory, ensuring traceability of part movements.
  • Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to customers to enhance their operational capabilities.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily work reports in Excel format to the reporting supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in major Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 2 to 3 years experience working in solar industry
  • Good knowledge of different brands of solar inverters and batteries and good skills to service and repair them.

Salary range

USD 1500 to 1800 gross
