Key responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets for company vehicles and services in the Cambodian market.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify potential customer segments (B2B/B2C).
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to the management and TIS HQ.
  • Sales Administration: Handle sales contracts, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.
  • Brand Representation: Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility..

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
  • Experience managing sales teams and achieving
  • aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience with automotive brands or dealership
  • operations is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of automotive market trends and
  • customer behavior.
  • Age: 30 to mid-40s.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for coordination with our HQ.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and a high level of work ethic.

Salary range

USD 700 to 1000 gross
