Key responsibilities
The project manager should be responsible for:
- Controls all aspects of The Works including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, site work
and documentation.
- Creating/establish and managing budgets.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses (Labor, Material, Logistic, Preliminaries Costs)
- Improving Project Margin & Project Revenue.
- Analyzing accounting/financial data and generate accurate Monthly Financial Report.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Manage the staff assigned for the project.
- Training managers and staff.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring project is complete on a timely manner.
- Ensuring project is execute with the best quality of work.
- Ensuring project is designed/installed in compliance to the Specification and Requirement of the Work
- Contract.
- Preparing monthly technical and progress report.
- Monitor the quality procedure versus installation to assure the best quality as per standard requirement.
- Coordinate the works in relation with other trades such as architectural, civil, interior designer and landscaping works.
- Liaise with local authorities for all necessary submission to obtain approval for The Works systems in
- meeting the statutory law requirement.
- Review The works design drawings and specification.
- Ensure all design information is communicated to Subcontractors who are affected.
- Coordinate The Works with respective subcontractors.
- Propose Value Engineering, Support in solving technical and coordination problems with Consultants and
- Subcontractors.
- Monitor and highlight any delays of the work against baseline program (such as Engineering Submittals,
- Material Procurement/ Delivery Lead Time, Site Execution, T&C)
- Notify the management of any delays along with the cost associated with these delays.
- Initiate necessary remedial actions to maintain the project to progress on schedule
- Identifies and deploys the relevant mechanical and/or electrical engineers for various work section.
- Attend all Technical, Commercial & Coordination meetings with Subcontractor, Design Consultant & Owner
- Representative in addition to the internal meetings with subcontractors.
Requirements
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Electrical Engineering, preferable in Automation,
- Telecommunication, or Related fields.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
1. With at least 10-15 years related experience in Automation or Telecommunication. Optional:
- Commercial / Mixed use projects.
- 2. Trustworthy; with good moral character and professional integrity.
- 3. Hardworking; can work with less supervision.
- 4. Computer literate; has good communication skills.
- 5. With sense of responsibility and commitment.
6. Flexible; can be assigned in various project sites.

Salary range
$1800 - $3000gross
Benefits
insurance coverage (Private Insurance and NSSF), annual leave, and the severance pay complied with law at the end of employment contract.
