Key Responsibilities:
Teach Khmer subjects and manage a team of Khmer teachers to ensure overall teaching quality
Prepare, develop and update the Khmer curriculum in line with school policies
Provide guidance and support to Khmer teachers in lesson planning, teaching practice and classroom management
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to improve learning outcomes
Coordinate teaching schedules, meetings, and other collaborative work of the Khmer language team
Communicate with guardians to provide information on student learning as needed
Participate in school events and other work related to the Khmer language department
Perform other teaching-related tasks and responsibilities as needed and requested
Experience / Knowledge Required:
Bachelor's degree in Khmer literature, education or teaching degree
At least 3 years of experience teaching Khmer at the primary level
Able to understand English
Have good communication skills and can communicate well with children
Be punctual, patient and responsible
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Classroom Telegram, Email
Salary:
Salary based on experience and educational qualifications
