Key Responsibilities/ Experience / Knowledge Required

Job Scope:


Leads the development of, communication of, and execution of the company strategy and plan to achieve and exceed both short and long terms corporate objectives.


Ensures effective organizational resources, infrastructures, processes and systems are ready for current business needs and future long-term sustainability.


Manages and exceeds topline, bottom-line and cashflow commitments while keeping the human factor in perspective and creates an environment where people can perform, grow and enjoy with high level of employee and customer satisfactions.

Strong strategic and people leadership, a prudent manager and an inspiring leader, with a hands-on approach in delivering results


Business mindset and able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings and possesses a broad base of networking that enable business socialization for growth and enhancing executional capability across government bodies, NGOs, embassies and private sectors


Drives effective cost management and establishes robust processes and frameworks to achieve effective corporate governance


Key Accountabilities:


Develops high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

Leads and motivates subordinates to advance employee engagement and develops a high performing team

Oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

Makes high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits, market share and brand equity.

Reviews financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

Builds trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for important shareholders

Analyzes problematic situations and occurrences and provides solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Keeps the abreast of changes and retains knowledges of the market, legislations, regulations and the industry; and ensures that all business transactions are in full legal compliance. Conducts research and identifies opportunities to continue raising the bar of business performance.


Works closely with other departments “In the Group Share Service Team” to deliver objectives as plan and fosters strong team work spirit “Wining As One”. Collaborates with relevant teams in ensuring accurate reporting and the maintenance of the business’s integrity in the industry by ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.


Job Requirements:




Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable. The candidate will also be better suited with experience in Service Industry.




At least 5 years of working experience in senior leadership team in service industry


Good exposure to a combination of Operation, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Client Services business disciplines


MS Office and Software:


Technologically adept and possess good computer skill, being highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance, creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.





Strategic thinking, effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadline, be results and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with senior individual and team.



Leadership and People Skills:


Exceptionally good leadership in both people and strategic skill, portraying an ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unified direction and with common vision.


Confident yet likable and relatable individual who is able to form strong and meaningful relationship with others which will inspire trust and confidence.
