Key responsibilities

Executive and Administrative Support:

  • Manage and plan the CEO's agenda according to current topics and assignments.
  • Prepare, schedule, and coordinate conference calls and various meetings.
  • Participate in meetings, manage note-taking, and write and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Ensure follow-up on tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • Replace the General Manager in their absence, making ordinary day-to-day decisions, holding meetings, and ensuring accountability.
  • Adapt and plan leave according to the management committee's schedule to ensure seamless coverage.

Operational and Performance Management:

  • Oversee and manage employees of all departments.
  • Manage the good performance of the showroom, offices, consumables, and supplies.
  • Monitor spending patterns and budgets, tracking expense reports and verifying supplier invoices.
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions.
  • Develop strategies for improved workplace efficiency and goal achievement
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and prepare employee appraisal papers for the CEO.
  • Provide direction and support to staff.
  • Address employee and customer concerns, liaising between managers, customers, and employees.
  • Ensure cross-cutting tasks are completed for all company activities.
  • Animate the internal community by organizing meetings, disseminating information, and welcoming new staff.

Administrative and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Manage administrative and regulatory aspects.
  • o Adhere to and encourage compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • o Manage staff absences and participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
  • o Hire, train, and develop new employees, orienting them to the system, services, products, workflow, and policies.

Data and Communication:

  • Create reports, analyze, interpret, and present data.
  • Ensure follow-up on customer complaints with department heads.
  • Draft documents, translate as needed, and respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
  • Support the recruitment process with JD drafting, sourcing, and introducing candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in performance and operations management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, writing, editing, and research skills in Khmer and English.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and long hours when needed.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, Internet, Email).
  • Strong sense of organization and adaptability.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness, adaptability, and resistance to stress.
  • Ability to propose solutions and implement them quickly.
  • Proactive, reactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to question and adapt to changing situations.

Salary range

USD800 USD1200 depending on experiences
