Key responsibilities

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Support Officer to manage and grow our relationships with Corporate and Ecosystem partners. This role will focus on acquiring new partners, ensuring their success on our platform, and driving engagement through various promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for building successful partnerships.

Ecosystem Partners Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire Ecosystem partners to join the company platform.
  • Encourage partners to list their services on the company platform.

Ecosystem Partner Success Post Full-Onboarding:

  • Drive Ecosystem partners to run their own promotional activities on the platform.
  • Drive partner participation in platform-led promotional activities.
  • Encourage partners to utilize Boost/Ads features on the platform.

Corporate Redemption Partners Acquisition:

  • Identify and acquire Corporate Redemption partners to join the company platform.
  • Facilitate Corporate Redemption through LSSS Renters Brands.

Corporate Partners' Clients:

  • Drive Corporate partners to conduct their own activities on the platform.
  • Promote Corporate partner media on LSSS TVs.
  • Drive Corporate partner advertising on the platform.
  • Encourage participation in platform-led promotional activities.
  • Develop methods to onboard Corporate partner client bases onto the platform.

Corporate/Ecosystem Non-Ticketed Q&A:

  • Address non-standard technical issues.
  • Resolve business-relevant issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management).
  • 2-3 years of experience in the related role (e.g., Business Development, Vendor Management).
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical expertise in application testing, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting (not required, but a plus).

Salary range

$500net - $700net

Working hours

Monday Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
