Key responsibilities

International garment company seeks dynamic, team-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee QC and QA at best-in-class factory. Proven QC and QA management experience and strong knowledge of knitted and woven activewear required. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Expanding footprint and business lines; additional growth opportunities for right candidate.

• Production coordination and management
• Direct VP reporting to ownership
• Monitor industry standards and applicable regulations, compliance
• Data collection, analysis and reporting
• Develop SOPs and related management systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated 3+ years managerial experience in apparel manufacturing QA/QC, knowledge of knitted and woven activewear preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale garment factory systems
• Working knowledge of industry standards and applicable regulations, compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical ability and ability to prioritize deadlines Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Salary range

Up to USD3000gross
