Key responsibilities

Growth/Sales

  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Oversee daily operations of the business and reach growth targets.

Management

  • Management of the Company
  • Creating a strategic plan.
  • Developing and managing the budget.
  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Grow the number of clients.
  • Improved utilization and productivity of staff.
  • Improve client satisfaction.
  • Formulating policies.
  • Engaging with key suppliers.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations to HQ and the Board.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
  • Safety - Awareness and ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.

Teamwork

  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ensure collaboration between Departments for cross sell of services.
  • Monitoring and motivating staff.
  • Communicate strategy and results to staff.

Client Management

  • Identifying business opportunities.
  • Working closely with the clients to get their feedback and take actions quickly.
  • Provide marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to expand client base and increase sales volume
  • Conducting survey and research in close relation with marking and product development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in leadership and management.
  • Experience in Operations, Sales, Property Management and Real Estate
  • Good exposure to a combination of the following business disciplines; finance, marketing, strategy, client service, operations, and distribution

Salary range

Up to $3000 Gross + Commissions
