Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the corporate and NGO sectors.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to promote our travel services.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and NGO clients.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Salary range

USD 700 to 800 gross

650 Benefits

Bonus, NSSF, and Phone card allowance

Working days

Monday to Friday and Saturday half day

Working hours

8:30 am to 5:30 pm
