Key responsibilities

  • Understanding creative briefs and provide creative art direction
  • Ideate concepts and campaigns for client and agency with strategic thought and creative articulation for digital
  • Develop branded content, key visuals and creative mockup for campaigns and proposals
  • Overseeing creatives and working together with the team to develop new and innovative creative deliverables
  • Self-motivated to learn new technique and skills, research on new trends and help team to develop new innovative concepts
  • Help to train and mentor other junior designers in the team
  • Work closely with account managers, strategist, planner and copywriter to ensure clear understanding and delivery of creatives per proposal / brief
  • Takes full ownership of project from brief to final execution


  • Degree in Arts, Advertising, Creative Multimedia & Graphics
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related position/ industry and with advertising background
  • Advanced knowledge in design tools (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc)
  • A good eye for designing and understand digital creative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding & illustration techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, good time management skills, and able to handle multiple project

Salary range

USD $1,500-$2,000+
