Key responsibilities

Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between faculty team, parents, and students.
  • Maintain accurate records, including student enrollment, attendance, health documentation, and emergency contacts.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries from parents and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to streamline administrative tasks.

Financial & Resource Coordination

  • Assistance on student fee collection.
  • Manage procurement of faculty supplies and facility maintenance needs.
  • Manage Admin and Faculty Petty Cash.

Environment

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
  • Manage facility maintenance, security measures, and emergency preparedness.

Parent & Community Engagement

  • Participate in the organization of school events, and community outreach programs.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from parents, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive preschool environment through effective communication.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding school updates.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with preschool policies, licensing requirements, and local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to child safety regulations and educational standards.
  • Ensure Maintain up-to-date knowledge of preschool licensing requirements and government policies.
  • Implement policies that support the preschools mission and values.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Certification in childcare management or preschool administration may be required in some regions.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, compliance, and facility management.
  • Experience in staff coordination, parent communication, and event planning.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage preschool operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for early childhood environments.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and procurement.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle administrative challenges.
  • IT skills: M365, Social Network
  • Perfect Khmer and English writing and speaking.

Salary range

USD 600 to 800 gross
