Key responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws, company policies, and international standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings.
- Handle work permits, visas, and other legal documentation as needed.
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage office operations, including supplies, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation.
- Support HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR and administrative processes.
- Work closely with management and teams to implement best practices.
- Contribute to HR projects and international compliance standards as part of a global cruise brand.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law, payroll practices, and documentation standards.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and file management systems.
- Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Team player with a service-first attitude and process-driven mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an international HR environment.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or multinational companies is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to take initiative.
- Adaptable and open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Salary range
$1800 +
