Key responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws, company policies, and international standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings.
  • Handle work permits, visas, and other legal documentation as needed.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Support HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR and administrative processes.
  • Work closely with management and teams to implement best practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and international compliance standards as part of a global cruise brand.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law, payroll practices, and documentation standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and file management systems.
  • Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Team player with a service-first attitude and process-driven mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within an international HR environment.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or multinational companies is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Adaptable and open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Salary range

$1800 +
