Key responsibilities

1. Sales Performance

  • Actively sell new and used vehicles to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell financing, insurance, accessories, and service packages.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with leads, handle Inquiries, and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

3. Mentorship & Leadership

  • Support and guide junior sales staff.
  • Share best practices and assist with challenging sales negotiations.

4. Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare and process sales documentation
  • Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Market Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with vehicle features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
  • Product and industry knowledge.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Leadership and mentoring ability.
  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred).

Salary range

USD 400 to 600 gross

Working days

Monday to Friday and Saturday half day

Working hours

8 Hours ( 8am to 5pm)
