Key responsibilities

As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding company reach and user base by onboarding key ecosystem stakeholders, including consumers, retailers, and corporate partners. You will be responsible for effectively communicating and demonstrating the value proposition of company innovative solutions.

  • Partner Identification and Outreach: Proactively identify potential retail and corporate partners that align with company strategic goals. Utilize a variety of prospecting techniques to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Employ effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility.
  • Channel Expansion: Expand company key retail channels and market reach through strategic partnerships. Identify and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Successfully onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless integration process with company platform and systems. Provide initial training and support to partners to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers at target retailers. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility.
  • User Support and Satisfaction: Provide exceptional support to retail users. Offer timely solutions and

comprehensive training to ensure a positive user experience and contribute to overall user satisfaction.

  • Retailer Success Post Full-Onboarding: Drive retailer engagement with company promotional tools, by providing support with retailer-owned promotions, platform-led promotions, product boosts and ad campaigns. Additionally, offer guidance and support to enable retailers to benefit from company full range of services.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management).
  • 2-3 years of experience in the related role (e.g., Business Development, Vendor Management).
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Salary range

$500 to $700 net

Mon-Sat (half day)

Working hours

Monday Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
