Key responsibilities

• To develop a range of powerful, compelling art & design directions: artwork & designs that are able to visually illustrate concepts, or to story-tell, for respective projects.
• To ideate and design activation campaign.
• Presenting visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and clients.
• Mentoring designers & art directors, to produce cross channel art-base creative output
• Working on multiple projects in a small / large group setting.
• Be persistent in managing deadlines and work quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative or advertising agency
• Conceptual and design skills that show off your talent in advertising
• Strong portfolio showcasing some of your best work
• Packaged with a true positive mindset.
• A problem solver, strategic thinker with great common sense.
• Hobby should not be just travel, movie, reading or shopping.
• Understand design trend, design language and flexible in expressing different art & design language.
• Strong knowledge and experience in social media, visual development across channels on and offline with relevant experience: technology, electronic, telecommunication, FMCG, and real estate brands.
• Skillful in the following applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, video production and others.
• Knowledge and skill in video production, animation, brand identity, experiential design (activation) is a big plus
• Speaks & understand English.

Salary range

Up to $2500 net
