Key responsibilities

  • Deal with payroll tasks by working closely with HR Department.
  • Issue cheques and other reports required by related teams / departments.
  • Assist with office management by working with related departments to facilitate administrative work
  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the CEO across the range of his work
  • Maintain and organize the Chief Executives diary, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary
  • Respond to management team and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing
  • Circulate reports, minutes and agendas for meetings
  • Liaise with the CEO and other Board Members on various matters as required
  • Responsible for receiving enquiries, contact service provider, agencies, consultant, related ministries on behalf of the CEO
  • Liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors
  • Support with recruitment process and as drafting the JD, sourcing, and introducing candidates
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements and all incoming documents
  • Performance other related tasks assigned by CEO

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or related field. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in secretarial, internal auditing and administrative affairs;
  • Proficiency in Khmer and English, extra languages are plus Strong communications skills and be presenting when meeting with clients
  • Excellent letter writing and organizational skills
  • Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented;
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
  • The ability to pay high attention to details
  • Moderate knowledge of protocol procedures, documentation and filing
  • Understanding of computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions

Salary range

$1800 - $2500 Gross
