Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development
  • Generate a credible sales pipeline of business leading to sustainable revenues
  • Build and lead a team of people who are responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline and sustainable revenue
  • Identify and contact direct shippers in Cambodia and dig out buyer details / purchase plans
  • Communicate clearly with US team on above info and follow up with both US and Cambodia side until support is secured
  • Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Preparing reports for management to review
  • Watching & reacting to market/customer trends
  • Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue, etc
  • Other duties assigned by Management.


  • University degree holder
  • Good English communication skill and Mandarin Chinese Speaker is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years TP trade sales experience with key US NVOCC
  • Strong connection with local shippers, especially with various factories in Sihanoukville / Phnom Penh special economic zone

Salary range

$2000 plus Commission


13 month salary, Bonus and Insurance

Mon Fri and Sat (Half Day )

Working hours

8:30am -12:00 am and 13:00 pm-17:30 pm
